Who we are

LucidSocial (“LucidSocial”, “we”, “us”) makes short-form video, carousels and posts for brands as a done-for-you service, operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. LucidGraph and LucidStudio are the research and production systems we use to deliver that service.

These terms cover your use of lucidsocial.ai (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

You may browse the site and contact us for your own business purposes. You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone’s rights;
• try to get into any part of the site you have not been given access to, including the investor area, or interfere with its security or operation;
• copy, scrape or harvest the site or its content with automated tools;
• send us false information, or apply in someone else’s name without their permission.

We may suspend or limit access to the site at any time, for example for maintenance or to protect it.

Applications, prices and quotes

Sending an application does not create a contract and does not commit either of us to work together. We review every application and may decline any of them.

Prices on the site are shown as “from” amounts in US dollars per month. They are a guide, not an offer, and exclude any applicable taxes such as VAT. Your actual scope, price and timeline are set out in a written proposal after a call.

Client engagements

If you become a client, our work together is governed by a separate services agreement that we both sign. That agreement covers deliverables, approvals, payment, ownership of the content we make for you, confidentiality and termination. If it conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.

Examples and estimates

Some of what you see on the site is illustrative. The sample brand in the product screens, the example hooks and signals, and the content calendar are examples made to show how the service works, not real client data.

The comparison with other options describes how they typically work, not any particular provider. Results from content vary by brand, category and market, and we do not promise any particular outcome from using the site.

Our content and names

The site, its text, design, graphics, code and the names LucidSocial, LucidGraph and LucidStudio belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You may not copy, adapt or reuse them, beyond what your browser needs to show you the site, without our written permission.

Investor area

The investor area at /investors is password protected and is only for people we have invited. Its contents are confidential and must not be shared without our written consent. Nothing on the site, including the investor area, is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy securities. Any investment happens only through signed documents and is subject to the laws that apply to it.

Other websites and services

The site may link to or embed other services, such as social platforms or a video player. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its information is complete or current.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, that comes from using or not being able to use the site. Our total liability to you for anything to do with the site is limited to US$100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after an update means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
